Case study · Corporate site · Search design
From zero to 35 inquiries a year, with no ad spend.

The brief
“We can't pay for ongoing marketing. But we want a new site.”
Expert dispatches drivers for shuttle buses run by kindergartens, cram schools, swimming schools, hospitals and companies across Osaka. Their old site brought in practically no inquiries, and there was no budget for ads or monthly SEO after launch. So the site had to bring in inquiries from the day it went live.
We set one goal for the brand: to be the first name people think of for school and shuttle bus drivers in Osaka — known for being kind and careful. And one reader: the person who manages the bus at, say, a kindergarten with 120 children.
What we did
Search design before search marketing.
There's SEO you do once, while building the site, and SEO you pay for every month afterwards. With no budget for the second, we put everything into the first.

Found by people about to hire.
Broad terms like “bus Osaka” are crowded and mostly searched by people who will never buy. We chose the specific phrases that bus managers use when they're choosing a provider, then gave each use case its own page: kindergarten buses, school drivers, microbus driving, after-school pickups and corporate shuttles.
- “driver staffing company Osaka”#3
- “microbus driver service”#3
- “corporate shuttle bus”#9

Nobody leaves without the message.
With modest traffic, every visitor counts. The theme was “playful inside the simple, warm inside the serious.” The top page uses the three wise monkeys — a lucky charm in Japan — to say: we notice everything, we don't overstep, and we never miss a word. The tagline, roughly “Now that's expert care,” sounds like something a person would say, not a brochure.
The results
One year after launch, the site paid for itself.
Jul 2025 – Jun 2026. The site's domain rating is 2, and no articles were added after launch.

What it means
Traffic is the wrong thing to watch first.
Most visitors were close to hiring, and the site turned them into inquiries. One corporate client found the corporate-shuttle page straight from search, read it for nearly a minute and got in touch. And when Expert was competing for a hospital contract, the hospital's contact told them directly that they liked the website.
Ads and content can grow traffic later. Deciding who should find you, and what you want them to do, comes first.
