Kitano Co., Ltd.

Kitano Co., Ltd.Heavy-goods transport & installation, Osaka

Putting the founder's words into a brand that brings in 150+ inquiries a year.

Kitano has moved and installed heavy machinery for more than 75 years. We turned the founder's thinking into one company concept — “Carrying the heavy, with heart” — and used the same words across the website, a landing page, sales materials and a 15-second web commercial. We even published a few honest mistakes, on purpose. Being open about them became a reason to trust the company.

Expert Co., Ltd.

Expert Co., Ltd.School & shuttle bus driver staffing, Osaka

From zero to 35 inquiries a year, with no ad spend.

There was no budget for ads or monthly SEO, so the site had to work from launch day. We chose the phrases that bus managers use when they're choosing a provider, gave each use case its own page, and built the design around care and warmth. The site paid for itself within a year.

Element Kogyo Co., Ltd.

Element Kogyo Co., Ltd.Copper busbar processing, Osaka

Chosen for being “helpful to a fault” — and sales grew by about 1.2–1.5×.

Their habit of going the extra mile for every customer became one word: osekkai, “helpful to a fault.” We carried it through the website, the copy, a copper-price content series and printed flyers. Inquiries from the website went up, and so did sales.

Kobe Seika Co., Ltd.

Kobe Seika Co., Ltd.Chemical trading between Japan and China, Kobe

Chosen for the depth of our interviews — then inquiries tripled.

Their old site listed little more than the company name and what they did. They picked us because of how deeply we asked questions, and the renewal put their real strengths into words. Inquiries tripled.

Maekawa Kagaku Kogyo Co., Ltd.

Maekawa Kagaku Kogyo Co., Ltd.Industrial rubber & resin products, since 1965

Technical columns that turned into an asset — and qualified leads.

One in-depth technical column a month, for a year. Monthly search traffic grew from about 500 to about 2,000, and inquiries began to arrive with specs and drawings attached — the kind that turn into orders.

Hanshin Sato Kosan Co., Ltd.

Hanshin Sato Kosan Co., Ltd.Large-scale building renovation, Amagasaki

A B2B landing page and search ads that bring in about 100 inquiries a year.

New business used to come from cold calls, door-to-door visits and route sales. A landing page made only for corporate clients, together with search ads, opened a new way in — and led to talks about major renovation projects.

Hanshin Sato Kosan Co., Ltd.Recruitment site

To show the culture in one shot, we fired a beam from the president's eyes.

A play on the company name — the “Hanshin Sato Beam” — grabs students' attention. Behind it are a staff cross-talk video, an illustrated day in the life, and people answering questions on flip boards, so applicants can see who they'd actually work with.

Osaka Butsuryo University

Osaka Butsuryo UniversityUniversity for radiological technologists

A university's plain-spoken sincerity, made for high-school students.

The old site didn't work on smartphones. We started again from strategy, kept the university's seriousness and honesty, and made it easy for applicants and parents to find what they need — plus an open-campus site written for high-schoolers, new photos and video, and a CMS the staff can update.

Grandother Co., Ltd.

Grandother Co., Ltd.Management advisory, Osaka

“Walking alongside” — from the logo to business cards and the website.

Grandother works as an outside advisor and No. 2 for business owners. We began by clarifying what clients can bring to them, proposed logos in four directions, and they chose one that shows two people walking side by side. The cards and website use the same navy and the same idea.
