Our team planning a marketing strategy in Osaka

What we do

From strategy to execution, in one place.

Pick one, or let us run the whole plan. Every piece is made by the same team, so the message stays the same from the first ad to the last page.

Market research

Who your customers in Japan are, who you'll be compared with, and how your product can land.

Japanese copywriting

Translation and sales copy written by native writers for the Japanese market.

Website development

Japanese sites and landing pages built to turn interest into inquiries.

Video & commercials

Printed and digital materials in the same voice and design as your site.

Japanese SEO & AI search

Found in Japanese search results, and quoted correctly in AI answers.

Google & Yahoo! JAPAN Ads

Search and display campaigns on both platforms Japan uses.

Social media

Instagram, X and LINE — Japan's most-used platforms — planned and run for you.

Press releases

Stories written and sent to Japanese media, from newspapers to TV.

How it runs

Five steps, reported in English.

We start small where it makes sense, and add channels once we can see what's working.

  1. Research

Market, competitors and the words Japanese customers use.

  2. Strategy

Who to reach, with what message, through which channels.

  3. Create

Copy, site, video, photos and materials.

  4. Launch

Ads, social and press releases go live.

  5. Improve

Monthly reports in English, and changes based on the data.

Selected work

Video, ads and brands that moved people.

Kitano Co., Ltd.

Kitano Co., Ltd.Heavy-goods transport & installation, Osaka

Putting the founder's words into a brand that brings in 150+ inquiries a year.

Kitano has moved and installed heavy machinery for more than 75 years. We turned the founder's thinking into one company concept — “Carrying the heavy, with heart” — and used the same words across the website, a landing page, sales materials and a 15-second web commercial. We even published a few honest mistakes, on purpose. Being open about them became a reason to trust the company.

Hanshin Sato Kosan Co., Ltd.

Hanshin Sato Kosan Co., Ltd.Large-scale building renovation, Amagasaki

A B2B landing page and search ads that bring in about 100 inquiries a year.

New business used to come from cold calls, door-to-door visits and route sales. A landing page made only for corporate clients, together with search ads, opened a new way in — and led to talks about major renovation projects.

FAQ

Marketing questions.

All questions
Do you work with both B2C and B2B companies?
Yes. We've worked with consumer brands and shops as well as manufacturers, trading companies and service firms. The channels and the message change; the process doesn't.
Can you run Yahoo! JAPAN Ads as well as Google Ads?
Yes. Many people in Japan still use Yahoo! JAPAN, so we usually run both and compare them with the same reports.
Which social platforms do you use in Japan?
Mainly Instagram, X and LINE — LINE is where many Japanese customers expect to get in touch with a business. We choose based on who you're trying to reach.
Can you get us into Japanese newspapers or on TV?
We write and send press releases to Japanese media. Whether they cover it is up to them, so we can't promise coverage, but we'll shape the story so it's worth their time.
Do we need a company or an office in Japan?
No. We can start with research and a Japanese website, and plan who answers inquiries before launch.
