Proposal & quote
We send an English proposal: the approach, the scope, the schedule and the price. If it helps, we'll walk you through it in an online meeting with an interpreter.

Contract
Before we start, we agree the scope, deliverables and confidentiality in writing.

Research & planning
Competitors, search data and interviews with the people who know your customers. Then a sitemap and wireframes.

Design & build
Copy and design, then development. You get a progress email every week, can check the test site any time, and we meet online with an interpreter at the key decisions.

Launch & grow
After launch we keep improving with real search and inquiry data — and we can look after updates and maintenance too.
