FAQ

Pricing questions.

Why are prices in yen?
We quote and invoice in Japanese yen. If you'd like, we'll add a USD estimate to the quote — the final amount depends on the exchange rate.
How do overseas clients pay?
Payment terms and method are set out in the proposal before you sign anything.
Is the first consultation really free?
Yes. The consultation and quote by email are free, and there's no obligation to go ahead.
What makes the price go up or down?
The number of pages, how much copy we write, photo and video, how much of the site you can edit, and how many languages it supports. We can adjust the scope to fit your budget.
